The complexity of taxes requires services for different individuals, businesses and organizations.
We will file extensions for you, at no additional charge. If we need to send money with the extension we will gladly calculate it for you.
To calculate extensions we need prior year's tax return, W-2s or 1099s, and any additional payments (estimates) made during the year.
Year-round preparation of individual, partnership, LLC, Corporations, Homeowner Association, Estates and Trust. We can input your data into Quickbooks, print payroll checks, processing reports, and financial statements.
We will meet with you, one-on-one, during the year to help determine tax law changes and things we can do to reduce tax liability. Just let know if you are interested in this service.
Appointments are preferred, but walk-in clients are always welcome. Most returns are completed in 7-10 days after we have received all documents. Questionnaires and year-end proformas are available to assist in your compilation of documents.
All returns are electronically filed for free on the same day we received signed authorization.
We will handle all notices and correspondence from the IRS or other tax entity immediately

I was born and raised in Kentucky. I attended college at Vol State Community College and Western Ky University. I graduated with an Associates in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. After living in Kentucky all my life, in 2006 I moved to Missouri, with my family. I still have my southern roots and accent, however I have made the midwest our new permanent home. I am a widow of a great husband and father, and mom to 2 great sons. Travis will be graduating high school in May 2018 and then pursuing a career in the medical field, Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic. My younger son Jackson is currently in the 4th grade. Jackson is my creative child, who can sing 245 songs, word-for-word (all genres), build massive structures with Legos, and write and illustrate wonderful stories.
People always find it funny how I got started in Accounting. I was actually in Nursing school, newly married and looking for a temporary job to help make ends meet. I ended up working for a family owned CPA firm. I came in as a receptionist, collating and mailing tax returns, payroll reports, and audits. A few months had gone by and my temporary job became a permanent one. As I was putting returns together, everything just seemed to “click”, I was figuring out where numbers were coming from and what to look for on financial statements and processing payroll reports, I was intrigued! The accounting bug had bit me then, I went back the next semester and changed my major from Nursing to Accounting. So... if any of my clients need medical attention while picking up tax returns, I might be able to dust of the cobwebs and help, just kidding. I have been very fortunate during my career to work with some of the best accounting firms and teachers. With each one I have gained the knowledge and resources to give me the confidence to go out on my own and offer my knowledge to others. I love knowledge, I love growing my knowledge.
